Has the CEO ever stated their intention into the expansion of Delta?

Delta 3 was built with the capacity to process the capacity of Delta 2 and Delta 3 or they said they would have made another grow room in Delta 3 and less of a big processing area so i'm very confident Delta 2 will be built. VFF said they are waiting for a GO from EMH to start. Probably last weeks announcement for funding is one of the reasons.
