EMS sold EMH shares

Go to Sedar and you will see EMS (not EMH) sold $3M of EMH shares on Nov 28th and then on the Nov 29th sold another $2.5M of EMH shares.  That is a total of $5.5M EMS sold of EMH shares.  In parrallel EMH sold $2.5M shares and all were sold to a "Canadian institutional accredited investor".  It would be reasonable that all these shares were purchased by the same investor.  Someone is accumulating here.

VFF ?, start with a gradual 10% and then go for a hostile takeover at 60% I'm sure most shareholders would prob. vote yes.

We can speculate but the main thing to take note of is that someone bought $8M of EMH at the end of November ($5.5 via EMS + $2.5 directly from EMH) for $0.57.  These are private placements, likley from the same investore, for common shares (no security).  I doubt it is VFF and more likely someone that is willing to put more $ to work here given they would be well aware of the cash

I have not seen anyone pick this up on this board to date.  Lots of people would have glossed over that point in the NR you published and at any rate, it did not capture the FULL amount sold by EMS, only the $2.5M.  There were 2 separate transactions by EMS for EMH shares.  1 was for $3M (not noted in the NR) and another for $2.5M.  Including the shares sold by EMH that is $8M
