You have to feel for the Emerald shareholders who got taken by this pump and dump gang who left them holding the bag.

They signed this deal knowing that in no way would they be around for its execution.

In fact, other than the obligatory loan, they quickly  defaulted on everything else.

Anyway, with such a monstrous contract obligation to Village, a quick surrender won't take long.
