On the latest release with Emerald. I think it's fantastic that a couple of big banks see that they are a viable and potentially profitable business by loaning them this kind of money. 

These financial institutions obviously see value in this company.

While most LPs are scrambling to raise cash and thereby diluting shareholders with ridiculously priced rights, warrants, etc. , PSF , with consistent positive cash flow and working capital, continues to fly under the radar without dilution. You can bet that the syndicate has examined their operations carefully and is confident in their investment.
