What a good deal

They spent 85 million to build it, selling it for 21 million. ? Does not sound like a win to me

I say it is, problem is marijuana companies went to big to fast and that's why all the stocks crumbled, they have to much and it takes to many resources, so to be able to recoup and focus on what's working now is really their best option. It was a mistake to begin with but one many companies and investors for that matter made

How do you suggest they recoup the other 65 million they still owe? It was all borrowed money EMERALD used to build the production facility they just sold. That’s a lot of interest adding up. How long could you loose 4 dollars for every dollar  you bring in?

The whole mj sector is down Golden12. The PSF deal worked out for both parties. VFF got what they wanted all along and EMH won't have to keep looking over their shoulder as they move forward with their plans.  I would expect that you would be satisfied by that.  The $80MM price tag was substantially more than what was rumoured by yourself and others on the VFF side but overall it ...more
