this delists. I've been holding this thing for 3 years. Do i lose my shares or will my shares convert over to the CSE? Any information would be appreciated.

You keep them,they simply switch to the new exchange.I don't think there is any split planned so the number will remain the same. The money in pot stocks was at the beginning i.e.Canopy going from pennies to 40-60$,Aurora the same but getting im late in Emerald as was my case at 2.00$ has been a disaster,I'm just hoping to save pennies down the line.

Dewd, you shouldn't notice any difference. buy or sell through your brokerage just like normal.
