to be fair it looks like it will be a while until Marijuana is legalized at the federal level, after Biden was elected people assumed it would be coming right away but could still be years

Well my personal opinion going on the CSE was a back peddle. SKYE Bioscience is a subsidiary of Sciences as well and it's already in the US...so they already have their foot in the US market. But then looking at Skye...that company is being investigated.
