The question is how much would even come in?....as the land is owned by Avtar and his wife.

just finished reading the initial sub lease agreement between Therapeutics and Sciences....if Sciences owns the lease agreement with Avtar( the head landlord) and the cultivation license was owned by Sciences...and the land is owned by him and his wife what exactly is Therapeutics getting?...
