If you think you see the company or its principals listed as a defendant, then just list it, don't make long-winded inferences.  Otherwise get lost.

Many of your statments regarding the company are seriously flawed misrepresentations that do not reflect reality and patently false.

examples:
* you say the company lost Ecometals (Rio Zarza) - that's false, the latest update shows good standing
* you say no work occurred on Rio Zarza - that's false, there has been extensive work on the property which identified high priority targets that will be drilled as soon as gov't allows mineral co's to commence work
* you say the company has no cash (only 1MM) -- way false.

The list goes on but there's little point in wasting time with your nonsense or trying to figure out your game.

Rozhetskin has an association with Credit Suisse in 1992 and approx 16 years later Credit Suisse buys 5000 shares of EML at 28 cents in a space of 4 minutes. It has to be Rozhetskin!!
