If you go to EcuadorMiningNews.com, you will see that the new mining law was evidently released yesterday. It is good for mining as it contains no surprises. I would imagine that once companies are allowed to re-commence operations, Rio Zarza will be targeted. Given the Kinross purchase of Aurelian, I would think it logical
