No prohibition on Cannabis stocks inside a TFSA....

There have been cases where industry players have amassed small fortunes inside of a TFSA, and the CRA has looked into it.....the thought being that as industry players, they may have been using priveleged information in making trading decisions, that or they're doing it as part of their job. If anyone has anything contrary then post the link.....I know there are bears who would want to see as little TFSA buying as possible because as a Registered Account (non margin) shares inside a TFSA can't be loaned out to short sellers.

Some retail schmo buying EMC is fine.....

I have family who work for the CRA, and you are pond scum.... But like that Nigerian widow whose email shows up in millions of in boxes, your game is to play the numbers, trying to get even a small % of EMC out of TFSA accounts and into open money and marginable accounts where shares can be borrowed.

To publish such BS onto a board either makes you simply an uninformed person who posts inaccurate information or a douche who purposely posts inaccurate information to create fear.
