I don't recall that there was ever a time line given for the legalizatiof of recreational use....and today's news story still said the government is planning on outlining the path forward toward legalization in April.......we shall see.  I have little doubt that short increased their bets on this news, just as longs will add when good news comes out, shorts do the same when bad news
