Halt yesterday

Any thoughts on why OGI, EMC,and ACB were all halted together yesterday??

Circuit breaker on the uptick-means nothing

There were no circuit breakers tripped on the uptick yesterday. That was last fall, when they tripped first on the way up, then tripped again on the way down. Yesterday was only tripped on the way down. Funny how it was ACB and OGI that lead the halts in the fall and yesterday.
