John stewart and the Pharma side could make this a 10 dollar stock. Easy. If you think it will be worth more than 2.25 in 2.5 years then buying the emc.wt's are a gift.

A warrant is a right. Basically, you get to exercise it for common shares at a fixed price, at a fixed date. For EMC, that price is 1.75$ per share. (1.40$ is OGI warrants another MJ stock). If you buy a warrant at 0.60$ you will pay 1.75$ more to get a common share of EMC by the 6th of December 2019. In total you will have paid 2.35$ to get one EMC share, so if the price of the common share is ...more

I totally disagree with that, the warrants really don't carry anymore risk than the commons if you actually plan on exercising them.  I flipped all my holdings from commons to warrants right before the last financials came out and I instantly tripled my potential holdings in Emblem while simultaneously paying off all the debt I was carrying in my margin account.   I say " ...more

Demi is correct. what you are buying is time and a bigger position at a lower price point. The whole point is you are buying time of 2+ years and buying 2/3 more for every dollar spent. not only that you are making a move that will far exceed your roi than if you were to buy the common. the last time the stock was 3.00 (60% or so from here) the warrants went to $1.40 (150%) return for the same ...more
