so is it 25 million or 12 million? did it get downsized? or did they add another 12 million to the initial 25 million? 

please help a retard clarify what's going on

nevermind i think i figured it out, so basically they increased the amount of units they bought from 5,714,300 to 6,857,160, making a total of $12,000,030 from the units, and $15,000,000 from the convertible debentures. so in total they raised ~$27,000,000. now can anyone explain the difference between convertable debentures and the regular units? are they better or worse for ...more

they did financing, which is dilutive to the stock price. in combination with this dilution the whole sector took a beating, so EMC ended up getting doubled down on, hence the massive red day. i ended up buying more today. i think emc will hover around the bought deal prices 1.75 - 1.90 for the next couple of months
