cancel this terrible bought deal
and with a short position of 6 million + shares you'll have a scramble. This would be at 42.40 bsed onthe environment of the rest of the companies in the space.

lol hopefully that's what they're doing.. it was pretty foolish to set the ceiling of themselves at 1.75.. talk about setting the bar low for investors. had they not done the bought deal i guarantee the stock would be well over 2.00 right now.

The bought deal is not cancelled. I received a small allotment of units and the shares are in my account. I was told there were no debentures available for retail investors because they were all reserved for institutional investors. I am not sure why they have not announced the closing because it is definetly closed.
