Did you read the whole thing? There were some numbers in the original that did not make sense to me at all. The numbers have been changed in this one but now they make even less sense. I am starting to get concerned. I will see if I can get an explanation from Ali.

These guys have a habit of making significant typos in their documents that I have had to point out to them in the past, hopefully that is all this is. I will share my findings tomorrow.
