FULLY DILUTED 185 MILLION SHARES
At 2 dollars vaue 365 million.This is why no insider buying for over a year.MGMT is telling you it is overvalued.I do not think any company would buy this on this valuation.That is why it is still down over 50% from high.If a takeover happens the aquiring company woul look at it on a FULLY DILUTED basis..

Every pot stock on the planet is overvalued at todays sales levels. You can't apply traditional formulas to this industry.

Considering their book value is $215M, a $385M market cap is a tremendous value. This means the market is only assigning a value of $170M for intangibles such as future growth, brand and other IP such as pharmaceutical product development and managment. Strong support indeed had to average up this morning. Grossly undervalued here and w some good news from the pharma side could propel this alot higher. GL
