Maybe a lot of people of people were planning to hold until this date expecting a decent pop up and then they would sell.... I think the market anticipated this news.

GrahamCracker, I agree with you to some extent. Having said that, I'm evaluating three scenarios investors are thinking of after the passing of the bill.... 1, in the case of small LP's, will they be able to make a substantial profit within the next two (2) quarters? If the answer is no, move to another sector.... 2, In case of big LP's, will they be able to take control of the market ...more
