They are getting more from Aphria, so it probaly made sense to terminate the full acquisition. Emblem would still own a significant number of share of Natura though.

actually we are getting less from aphria. 175,000kg divided by 5 years is 35,000kg/annum, where with NN we would be at 15,000kg first year and up to 70,000kg/annum after that. in five years, that is 295,000kg. considerably more. I hope something bigger is brewing...

The deal with NN is still excellent for the company and the shareholders as Emblem does not have to fork over a ton of money. Emblem still has the supply agreement for 5 years for their token investment and the purchase volume was increased so that virtually everything produced at that greenhouse will be sold through Emblem. Plus we now are able to add the Aphria deal on top of that supply. Emblem
