Will

Will it ever go up?  Is management awake.  This boat is going down since a  while now.  Are we going to recover someday?    These are lifetime lows for this stock.  Anything positive coming?

Everyone should take a step back. What makes you think this Leadership team is qualified to be running a cannabis company. Then factor in the fact this is a highly competitive industry, with dozens of competitors entering the marketspace every week. Nick Dean was an advertising exec. So great at talking (selling things), but what technical base does he have in the medical industry, let alone ...more

I am just going to read the linkedin profiles of each of the people you mentioned, and add my interpretation.  Thank you. You are wrong. But as everyone, you are entitled to your opinion. Now, I would appreciate an actual informed response to each point.

HAHA, you sound like Martinez before he bailed and sold his stock. Trying to justify the legiitmacy of the company, and not accepting that other firms have more established leaders with more relevant experience, with more adaptable pivots, with actual plans for expansion including partnerships with other commodity sectors.  We will see how you feel when the stock drops below $0.80 a share ...more

Impairments were caused by the large amount of debt concordia took on while going on a buying spree. Krepnner left shortly after this news release in 2017. He was promoted to CEO and president just after their first 90% drop in 2016, after it was discovered that basically their business model wasn't viable and the CEO resigned. I don't know what his role was in creating the business model, ...more

Hey thanks very much. Really appreciate this insight. Looks like like Emblem likely picked him up for a bargain. They seem to have a way of doing that. Doesn't look very good optically but will produce long term.

sorry, I will clarify my earlier post. ==> Loss created by rectifying the actual value of bad investments made during the buying spree of 2016. I don't see what this has to do with kreppner other than he fixing the shady accounting of the former CEO.

Also: sounds like he trippled their product output in only the one year he was in. Actually, it seems like he is a fairly solid operational guy. He is in an ops role at emblem.

Given that you have nothing else of value to say, and haven't replied to any of my points in any substantial way, I think our discussion about the quality of the management team is done.  I am challenging you because I find this campaign of misinformation to be offensive. There's a name for it, it's called short and distort and if you weren't doing this anonymously you wouldn ...more

You're right, I'm sorry I mistook you for someone else actually. It is indeed very important to have contrarian opinions. I myself am scheptical about kreppner, and but I am trying to not make the easy conclusion, and look at the things that actually do matter. I would agree with you if kreppner was CFO, for example, but he is not, he is an OPS guy, which is what he appears to be good at.& ...more
