Merger...

Does anyone doubt that this merger won't get voted through? I hope it does go through as it seems to be the news and hype that both these stocks need to move forward.

i think it is better to be apart of a bigger company as long as the price  is right... still 2 more months...if alef keeps moving up to $2.5, emc = 2.98

If I understand correctly, EMC is worth $1.77 with ALEF at 2.12.  That puts me in the money and a yes vote.  Sorry to the longs who deserve better than the management they got.

MM has done a good job to raise the sp of both EMC & ALEF. I hope a trap is not brewing for us at merging date. Warrant prices have been kept very low and management hasn't made it clear that the warrants will be honoured at the strike price of $1.75 at expirary date of Dec.6th.2019.   Warrants are now in the money  If warrants have to be converted by merger date, this could ...more

The warrants don't change terms, the only thing that will change is that each warrant converts into 0.8377  of an aleafia share.  Warrant prices will probably catch up sometime if we can hold these prices, they are severely undervalued.

spasticated:- This is how it should be, ( ie warrants should not change terms) and this is the general conseption by most readers on the board backed up by a few posters that they have talked to IR and this is so.  When reading the terms of the merger, I get a different view. This being a new arrangement, management does not need to clarify if their intention is to raise capital upon closing. ...more
