Voting Price vs Closing Price

I have zero confidence in Nick Dean and Benic to do the right thing. I feel quite strongly that share price is being manipulated to secure the deal. My concern is that the share price on the day we vote could be radically different (higher) than the share price on the closing date 60 days later.
