Based on ALEF current price of $2.62 now, the sp of EMC is: $2.62x .8377= $2.19 plus price of EMC now is $1.80 x premium of 27%=$0.48, which is equal to $2.19+$0.48= $2.67.

The closing prices of EMC and ALEF at March 31, 2019 will be used for the calculation purpose. So, my guess it should be around $3.

That is correct. In my calculations without using charting, the price of Aleafia should be near to $3.50/share and that would value the Emblem shares at $2.95/share. That is the conservative outlook in my opinion.
