Shareholders of record on Jan. 30, 2019, will receive notice of and be entitled to vote at the meeting. Full details of the arrangement, and all other matters to be considered by shareholders at the meeting, are contained in the circular mailed to shareholders and available under the company's SEDAR profile. All shareholders are urged to carefully read the circular and all other materials

You won't be able to vote, but all Emblem shareholders will get Aleafia shares if the deal passes, regardless of when they acquired them.
