Very nice

Looked into this a few weeks ago and its a no brainer.  With so few shares and such amazing land this is very tightly held already.  Watch out for this to break out through the 30's pretty fast.  With DD already saying there is poeple who have been in talks with EPK its quite evident this is a big takeover target in the near future.  Nice to see lots of cash in the bank and great management too.
