Not Hard to Tell the Markets are Flakey

One tiny province announces it is thinking of limiting price increases on power and this stock drops 9% in a couple of days. Do folks think this is going to spread across Canada. How many really believe that Provincial Governments can risk driving their utilities producers out of business when we don't have enough electrical power to start with. If the price caps happen they will be short lived, and the provincial governments are going to have to cough up the shortfalls.

Nova Scotian's better get used to being in the dark...a lot. That being said Nova Scotia Power makes up 15% of EMA's revenue and it is entirely possible that EMA will make their guidance even under the new constraints. GLTA
