Extension of credit removes risk. Debentures are redeemed and put on credit line with lower interest rate. What's not to like? Stock looks ready to rip.

I've been watching this for years and never touched it because of the debt/equity ratio and likelihood of bankruptcy protection but the news the last couple days of extending the maturity date of its debt and paying off some conv debs has definitely made this stock more positive.  The positive c/f statement in the last quarter seems to be key into getting the banks to extend their debt ...more

I have been watching ENT make its way down for quite a while and every step down it seemed like there was a lot of potential value being built up. During the last few years, a buyout or takeover seemed to have been a possibility but it looks like they are riding out the storm and coming out the other side! GLTA

Good point about the possibility of a takeover.  I think it's a greater possibility now that we know ENT likely won't be going into creditor protection, thanks to the credit extension.  It's easy to imagine a company with deep pockets (like Linamar?)  buying them out.  The c/f is more important than the income statement. imo and will tell us how the company is doing ...more

Given all the acquisitions and purchasing going on, I doubt creditor protection was even in the cards. Additionally, there was quite a bit of insider buys over the last bit.
