Status of file as of October 29, 2019 On October 28, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a Sixth Amended and Restated Initial Order providing for: Extension of the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until November 26, 2019; Granting of increasing powers to the Monitor. We refer you to the Sixth Amended and Restated Initial Order dated October 28, 2019 for more details. On the same date, the Superior Court also issued an order: Authorizing the payment of the Amended KERP.
