On November 26, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a Seventh Amended and Restated Initial Order providing for:
Extension of the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until December 13, 2019;
Approval of a $320,000 Interim Financing and a related Interim Financing charge over the Company’s assets.
