Why is Orbite not advancing towards a lawsuit after all the lies and coverups shareholders were fed?

You would have to prove fraud and with the government of Quebec through IQ heavily invested in the fiasco they would probably pressure prosecutors to back off. In my opinion IIROC and the SEC are worthless when it comes to justice for hardworking unsuspecting investors.
