This news should solidify the stock around the $0.30 range.  Once these travel bubbles are set up I don't think they will ever be removed.  Just as increased security checks after 9/11 became the new way of life at airports so will testing for vriuses before hoping on a plane or cruiseship.  Remember both of these were superspeaders that helped send the virus around teh world.  The COVID virus is never going to be eradicated so we will continually need to test for it regardless of the vaccines.  Also keep in mind that the world would need to vaccinate 70% of the population to create a level of herd immunity.  There are a lot of people who will refuse to get a vaccine, so good luck with that.  In Canada, only about 20-30% of the population gets the flu vaccine in any given year...  and the flu also kills.  Ans there is so much that we don't understand about the effectiveness of this vaccine.  How long will immunity last?  and even if you are immune, can you still carry the virus and spread it?  So travels bubbles will be permenant.  It wouldn't make sense to remove them once they are all set up.  I'm sure you would feel a whole lot safer travelling with an airline that tested all their passengers then one that didn't.  At least if someone starts coughing a few rows ahead of you, chance are it's just a cold or allergies.
