I wish I had some more cash to buy more at these prices before this thing explodes, it's just a matter of time before this thing skyrockets into dollars instead of pennies.

I agree, you can see the massive block of shares sitting at $0.30 placed there to cap the price while they collect cheaper shares below the block.  If I had the money I'd take it all out and say thank you for the shares and make them chase those shares back.  However, as long as they can collect more shares at the current price than the price at the block, the trade becomes a success

Other similar health wellness stocks are taking off today, like DOC and WELL, so I don't see CBDT staying down for much longer.
