March 10th PP shares into float Question

The PP shares at .05 cents that get released to trade in markets on Wednesday does anyone have an accurate account of how many millions of shares at this price will be released? Are they all this day or just daily for a week or so they get into float? This surely will affect share price just wanting idea.

How do you know it will effect the share price at all.They might all just hold or even purchase more.
