Something I learned today while I continued to wait.
How long does it take to sign a commercial lease?
Depending on how granularly you want to get into the details, an office lease can take anywhere from one day to a year or more to negotiate. Most commonly it will be in the three to nine month range.

Of course, Empower has to have yes from Rexall, and over there 'yes' procedure is not that simple. More challenging part will be hiring right personal. That's something we can argue is it better to acquire clinic with determined business or build from the ground. But, having Rexall on the board makes answer obvious, escpecialy if you are not fun of big dilution due to acquisition.

This company has 44,974,322 shares left on reserve for issuence and currently has 305,512,191 shares outstanding. The shares on reserve are there for future undertakings and amount to another 7% give or take. That is foreward thinking and makes good business sense. Especially as share $$$ increases as the board thinks it will and the shareholders hope it will. Hope this helps you out. In the ...more

Yes I wrote that. It is truth and it is verified. Makes perfect sense. And there are a shortage of medical doctors. How Empower intends to staff these clinics may well be a challenge. What is your point? Try to make sense here. I'm hoping to speak with adults.
