I feel awful for anyone who bought the June dip believing Steve's hopium garbage and this board's cheerleaders. They should all be liable for your losses. I tried to warn you.  Cease Trade order coming bc they're obviously hiding something if they'd file.  GLTA

Keep in mind this is a first time audit for Kai and CBDT.  I don't think they are hdiing anything, but a first time audit involves A LOT of work... You have to audi the comaprative information as well.  Both balance sheets need to be audited and to get accurate operating results for the comparative P&L you have to go back another year as well.  Kai, being a private company ...more
