It's always a good sign when the insiders are buying and Steve just bought the dip :) Look at that impressive total number of shares!

Always a good sign.  Would be nice to see some of the other Senior Excecutive and Managers step up to the plate. Would Kliens still be considered insiders?  Sure would be nice to see their position gone.

Keep in mind that Steve remains the largest individual shareholder in the company and he has not sold a single share (except when he sold to buy into the warrants).  Insiders will sell a stock for various reasons (i.e. a purchase of a house or car, vacation, bills, medical reasons, etc...), but they buy for only one reason (i.e. they know the stock will be moving up). He has had to use a  lot of his time dealing with four major issues, the Kliens Insider sales,financial reporting, Arizona clinic sale and a major acquisition.  Maybe now he can focus on the Canadian clinics and getting them up and running.  If what we read from posters we should have at least one official opening within a month or so.  It looks to me like the stock is treading ...more
