What is going on here?? We have had some good postive news about CBDT recently, but yet the stock continues to drop ??  WHY??? Seriously what is causing this ??

traders playing with the markets.  they didn't want it getting past 50 cents so they put up some caps there, then when the market didn't see the price breach that cap it got slowly dumped on to create a down trending stock.  It's a good way to shake out investors and keep the traders from piling on.  It will turn and breach the 50 cent cap then the traders will be very ...more
