I've never seen this before. The trading behavior before these latest announcements are highly suspect. They used two HC related announcements as a means to create liquidity? Why didn't the CEO buy on the open market to support current paper? Elevate the price and do a higher priced placement? This is not fair play.

I don't know the finer rulings on this, I only ever read the NRs after they come out. Great question though. If Steve does care about shareholders he could likely do an amendment to a price like 30 cents. PPs are ALWAYS at a premium compared to SPs but the timing was horrible being a 50% premium at the time of the news. Needs to be followed up on

Steve is the CEO but he is not a good CEO, he has no real plans on making this complay a success just to keep it going until something better comes along. I am surprised the stock has been around as long as it has, when it went up earlier this week i was totally surprised but then Steve worked his magic and boom we are back to the low 30ies..  Everytime steve talks the price goes down..  ...more
