With collateral in place the questions are how soon a funding package can be put together for the first project or will the package include several projects? Recent FX rate of 30.44 (reference Kitco https://www.kitco.com Russian Ruble, near bottom of the home page) yields USD 105 Million equivalent for RUB 3.2bn. The 10Q quotes $102,368,000 so the figures are pretty much in line.
