T&C, The royalties are cash flowing around $2m per year, the chairman has indicated that they have good interest in them, I am budgeting $6m price tag for them but they could go for as much as $10m. I am sure about the CRA tax ruling, but I believe the company will need to hold a shareholder meeting to vote the transformation into a Trust or an MLP, assuming we get their restructuring proposal
