Nipton property has not sold yet

Funny thing is some news say that American green purchased the property and another says it's still In escrow. Some say it's 120 acres when some say it's 80 acres. Pretty sure if it was sold for sure there would be better information.

At this point it's 50/50. I won't risk more than 300$ on this
