Unfortunately for those of us fed up with 18 years of negotiations and limited results while management runs a non-business, and we pay for it, it looks like the AGM is just regular business.  Poster Thasis called and I take his quote of Mr. Scott at face value - don't read too much into the AGM date change. But you still have to believe that Rio and 5he Mongolians want ETG removed from

The arbitration hearing has taken place and the results should come back in a few months. It appears that RIO doesn't think it has certain obligations under the JV (due to lack of formal execution) that they have been taking advantage of for years.  Given the massive gap between ETGs market valuation and the mineral valuation -- for a project near production on the HNE -- I just don't

Given how these arbitration panels are composed with a nominee from each side, and they together found a Chair they believe would be neutral or favour their nominating party, you wonder how Rio's approach goes down across the board in the business. Playing hardball with the little partner who brought you into the project, who gave up 80% of their interests, to me it looks very bad on Rio. &
