Hard to believe though.Four bucks seems a little over exuberant .I'll hold on with a stop in place.

FIS the 50% partner has a market cap of 72 million, at $4.00 AMW would have a market cap of 70 million which includes the PP.

FIS has alot more shareholders' equity than AMW too.  The market caps only give you an idea of the relative size of the companies.

If FIS was split like AMW was Nov. 05 then it would be worth $5.40 and about same amount of shares as AMW, so we have a long way to go and that will happen.
