yes you get the point fool..that "dumping" as you say is a drag on the SP..without it, the SP will go up more than it has..thats my point..and the warrants are exercisable at $1..so they don't need to sell many AMW shares to cover the cost of exercise..most will be held..the tempoary downward pressure will soon be over..and the market will have absorbed 15% or so more shares.
