FCU is literally lowballing their own property's value... Drama.

Looks good for everyone at patterson. 

No news is bad news. NXE will be heating up with their upcoming drilling program. This benefits everyone.

What institutional holders of AMW are you referring to? Doubt if there are very many. Unlike FCU

the offer vlaue of 5.3 is similar to the ratio of fully diluted shares outstanding which is around 5.4. this is effectively a merger, although it looks like AMW management don't want it at this time..and I'm not sure what the managment of the new company would look like if AMW only has 2 directors on the new board..looks like it may be controlled by the FCU guys.. Anyhow, its closed ...more
