I think you are wrong buddy.  If Fission makes a formal bid, the shareholders can tell Dev where to stick it, if he gets 10 or 15% tendered, he has failed.  People own Alpha, because they dont want a part of his games.  Alpha is run by genuine people who are out for the company first and shareholders second.  Not sure Fission shareholders could say exactly the same. I for ...more

Looks to me that Alpha is the one who wants to maximize shareholder value by continuing to drill out the deposit and focus on proving up the pounds. Fission on the other hand seems to be looking to consolidate now for a quick flip as once the two companies merge PLS will be a sitting duck for a takeover. Implementing a 48 hour deadline on a proposal of this magnitude and complexity, and the fact ...more

Its completely clear now. Dev is a moron. Gonna sell out what could allow peops to retire for pennies. Just listen to the greasy clown.

I would prefer Alpha to take out FCU the share structure would be much better...Lets see a counter-offer from AMW! Oh and only 2 directors from FCU

Fiduciary duty of AMW demands that AMW shareholders get paid a control premium for giving FCU 100% control of the deposit.  AMW didn't approach FCU it was the other way around. I would expect a control premium of 25-45%.  Not just an offer that closes the gap between the share prices. If Dev REALLY wants this, he needs to put on the "big boy" pants and offer 7.0 ...more

Ya at a 55 % premium. Dev has already listed the numbers and ready to hand over the keys. That about 2 bucks fcu. If your happy with that you dont understand what your invested in. You are likely a penny flipper. This could go much higher. Not with dev at the helm though.

I am not going to lose any sleep AMW management response a lovely piece of passive aggressive tactics. 1) It is not that we are rejecting the proposal we just need more time :) In the meantime drills turn and assays are about due Will FIS all of a sudden go silent with drill results? Dangerous idea to contemplate and one both FIS and AMW SH would be up in arms about not to mention what the ...more

Na, I'm saying if Dev wants AMW he should pay a 40% premium to consolidate under one roof.  So maybe 40% above 7.25 I have a HUGE problem with $2.0-2.5 for the combined company.  I would rather see this stay independent for another year +. The longer AMW/FCU continue to map the ore body 1) the more lbs in the ground and 2) the close the U market is to rebounding. That's why I ...more
