I don't think most shareholders care very much which way this transaction goes. If we end of with one set of management officers it will probably run better and cheaper. Just don't get into a battle over it.
If AMW has the desire to counter offer and pay for it by issuing shares , get at it so FCU shareholders can consider the deal. It clearly is not going to stay the same and the shareholders in both companies will decide which way it goes.
