Dev stated that AMW approached them about a merger several months ago and AMW did not deny it. Why don't AMW make an offer and take over PLS and FCU can move on to their other projects. That way you all are happy and can finish drilling out the find. It will be interesting to see if the offer is any better than what FCU made. I for one do not believe there is any real issues between the two companies and a deal will be made shortly. The only mention of bad blood is on Stockhouse bullboards.

There's a good probability that the deal gets done and the market gives back the "one company" gains we had.  The market may even give us more on a done deal.  The number of board seats AMW receives on a new AMW/FCU board is likely a main sticking point to a deal but besides Ainsworth and Gunning there are no other obvious candidates who would deserve an appointment to a
