AMW management

Losecash , please detail why you think it makes any difference at all who is the operator for drilling operations?? My view is this duty is shared so the operator will be required to deal with any issues and personnel problems.I also expect the operator covers drilling costs.  Not an advantage in my mind. 
I think the arrangement is to share the work load and expenses not because there is any advantage to being the operator. All drill resulted are reported by each company at the same time





























No doubt both management teams decide where the holes are to be drilled, if not issues could arise very quickly if the drilling sucess suddenly drops off.

(If not, then AMW could have waited and raised funds at a later date which we know would be less dilutive because of the increase in SP.  I know it would have been a gamble, but given their confidence in the deposit ...more

I can think of a scenario where control matters, say FCU has control and is bought out by a major then that major can play games, delay the drilling, test random targets or reduce the exploration budget, etc... All to frustrate AMW's shareholders into selling and once AMWs shareprice has been sufficiently depressed try to pick it up on the cheaper side (for example)... Also, Toriddog if this ...more
